This policy explains how RAJICEVA (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED ("rajicEVa", "we", "us") handles personal data collected through www.rajiceva.com (the "Website").
1. Who we are

2. What we collect
- Information you send us through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the topic of your enquiry and your message.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, recorded in the server and network logs of our hosting and security providers.
- We do not collect payment card, UPI or bank details on this Website.
Charging sessions at rajicEVa stations will be started and paid for through the Bolt.Earth app. Data you give that app is handled under Bolt.Earth's own privacy policy.
3. Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and follow up on it.
- To assess requests to host a charger, supply chargers or invest in a station.
- To send launch and early-rider updates, if you asked for them.
- To keep the Website secure, and to meet legal and accounting obligations.
We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box on the form, and on uses that the law permits without consent.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf:
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) — receives contact-form submissions and emails them to us.
- GoDaddy — hosts the Website.
- Cloudflare — content delivery, security and, where enabled, privacy-focused traffic statistics.
- Google Fonts — the Website loads its typefaces from Google, which receives your IP address when you visit.
- Bolt.Earth — only where needed to act on your enquiry (for example, a host or supply request), and only with your consent.
We may also disclose data to professional advisers, or to authorities where the law requires.
5. Cookies
The Website does not set its own cookies and does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies. If we add analytics or other cookies in future, we will update this page.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship — normally no more than 24 months after our last contact — unless the law requires longer. After that we delete or anonymise them.
7. Your rights
You may ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you, and you may withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect what we did before you withdrew it). 8. Security
The Website is served over HTTPS and access to enquiry data is limited to people who need it. No online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Website is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Data processed outside India
Some providers listed above may process data on servers outside India. We choose providers that apply reasonable safeguards.
