These terms govern your use of www.rajiceva.com (the "Website"), operated by RAJICEVA (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, CIN U68100UW2026OPC249479 ("rajicEVa", "we"). By using the Website you agree to them.
1. Information only
The Website describes our planned and launching EV charging services. Locations, availability, hardware, features and prices may change. Nothing on the Website is an offer, quotation or binding commitment. Hardware prices shown are indicative list prices of our technology partner, Bolt.Earth, not rajicEVa prices — please check current prices with them.
2. Charging services
When rajicEVa stations are live, the following apply in addition to any terms shown at the station or in the app you use to start a session (including the Bolt.Earth app terms):
- You are responsible for using a compatible vehicle and connector and for following the safety instructions at the station.
- The tariff shown when you start a session applies to that session.
- If a session fails or is interrupted and you were charged for energy you did not receive, contact us with the date, time, station and payment details. We will review the case and refund the amount not delivered, as the law requires.
- Do not tamper with, damage or misuse equipment. If you see a fault or danger, stay clear and tell us straight away.
3. Host, supply and investor enquiries
Enquiries about hosting a charger, buying chargers or investing in a station are not binding on either side. Any arrangement exists only once both parties have signed a written agreement.
4. Third parties and trademarks
rajicEVa is an independent brand. Bolt.Earth and its product names (including Blaze, Pro and Lightning) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to identify the hardware and platform on which our stations are built. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we do not control and are not responsible for them.
5. Intellectual property
The rajicEVa name, logo, and the content and design of the Website belong to RAJICEVA (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the Website unlawfully, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it at scale, or submit false or misleading enquiries.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The Website is provided "as is". To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms and will change the "Last updated" date when we do. Continued use of the Website means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar (Greater Noida), Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
